One of the great joys of my life is going around food markets and one of the best I have found is the indoor market in Barcelona, La Bogueria. My son who is also a foodie accompanied me and we spent hours looking at the many fish and vegetable stalls there. It was fascinating to see the speed at which this stallholder gutted and prepped her fish.
