Description

Florence has a wealth of beautiful churches, this is just one of them. Ink painting is a form of torture as far as I am concerned, one mistake and it’s ruined, tear it up and start again!!! But for some bizarre reason I love it. I never relax when I’m doing them and the entire painting process is incredibly intense and I always breath a sigh of relief when it’s done. But the effects of this unforgiving medium are beautiful.
